So I've been trying to get back into reading books on my journeys to
work and uni rather than just listening to my iPod.
I scrolled through Amazon and got these two books which I'm currently reading;
Karl Pilkington - An Idiot Abroad: The Travel Diaries of Karl Pilkington.
I scrolled through Amazon and got these two books which I'm currently reading;
Karl Pilkington - An Idiot Abroad: The Travel Diaries of Karl Pilkington.
After buying the boxset of An
Idiot Abroad, I was amazed at how plain hilarious Karl Pilkington is, and how
unaware he is of it. So I got this book and it feels like I'm actually reading
his diary or what not because of the way it is written, it is exactly how he
talk !
Noam Chomsky - Failed States
Someone recommended this book
to me as it gave an independent view on countries such as America and their use
of power vs. the rest of the world. I'm currently half-way through this book
and find it eye-opening to see an American question his own countries motives
in many issues that have occurred in the last decade.
Beyonce - Heat
This is my new favourite
perfume ! I'm not so great describing fragrances so on The Perfume
Shop website it states - "A sensual
combination of almond macaroon, honeysuckle nectar and creme de musk". But
I agree that it does make you feel all feminine.
I bought it on
the CheapSmells website and
it was only £18.90 for 100ml which is a bargain !
